Ted Baker Distinguishing Rose Print Skirt

Today on San Francisco Bay Style, I am featuring this beautiful and charming rose floral print skirt by Ted Baker.
I have to admit, this is my first Ted Baker purchase and I am absolutely over the moon with it!  I immediately fell in love with the spring inspired print of rose blooms and sweet dragonflies.  The mint canvas background is a perfect hue for spring and summer.  The inverted pleat detail, fitted waist, and a-line shape give this skirt that sexy, feminine, and delicate silhouette that I adore.

Ted Baker’s distinguishing rose print can also be found in several other styles in his womenswear collection including these shorts which would be so perfect for summer, this gorgeous dress which is a great option for those upcoming graduation parties and weddings, and this beautiful tee which is the perfect pop of floral to wear with your jeans for a more casual look.  Make sure you check out the coordinating accessories too!  Sometimes, I just want to add a pop of color and pattern to my overall outfit and I really love these options here, here, and here.

If you love this skirt as much as I do, then I will let you in on a little secret!  It’s currently on sale!  Check the shopping links below to find this plus my other favorite Ted Baker rose floral print styles and accessories.

I hope you all have a fantastic Memorial Day weekend!

Golden Home Accents

Today on San Francisco Bay Style I am adding more of my favorite golden home accents to my PB Teen gold polka dot guest bedroom!  If you missed my original post, check it out here.  As I mentioned before, I encourage you to start small, take time, and continue to build on your design project adding accessories and artwork over time.  Your wallet will thank you for it!  Once you have the bare bone basics covered, e.g. furniture, paint, flooring, and overall lighting, you can begin adding decorative accessories and textures.

I fell in love with the Emily + Meritt Gold Metallic Dottie bedding collection from PB Teen featured on my recent post here!  Who doesn’t love metallic gold polka dots and stripes? In addition to the bedding, I started with a few golden design elements such as this gold sequins bow pillow, this scallop statement pinboard, and this darling unicorn wall mount!

Now it’s time to add more accessories and artwork and introduce a new color into my gold and white design.  I couldn't help but fall in love with this Oliver Gal “Glam Flamingo Canvas Print”.  Flamingos are so fun, whimsical, and very popular in fashion right now!  I love that the pop of vibrant pink color it adds to the overall gold and white design!  In addition, I purchased this darling gold Birdof Paradise Ring Holder.  I have a growing collection of jewelry and this is a great way to make an artistic statement using your own rings as a design focal point.  Lastly, I really needed a mirror to fill up some empty wall space.  This Sunburst Wall Mirror is finished in brushed gold and adds shine and radiance to the overall look in the bedroom!

Remember, the biggest impact you can make in any design project which is relatively quick to do and inexpensive is dressing the walls with paint or wallpaper.  When selecting decorative touches, make sure you pick things that serve a purpose, function, or have personal meaning to you!

Do you have a bedroom project that you are proud of?  I would love to see it!  Send me pics or tag me on Instagram!  I am always looking for inspiration for my next room!  I hope you all had a wonderful Mothers Day and weekend!

Have fun creating!

xoxoxo,
Hayley

Shabby Apple & Ice Cream

Location: Sweets & Eats, Niles Canyon, CA
Today on San Francisco Bay Style, I am thrilled to team up with Shabby Apple at a local old fashioned ice cream parlor, Sweets & Eats, in the historic town of Niles, CA.  I am honored to showcase one of Shabby Apple’s many beautiful dresses from their beautiful collection of clothing and accessories.

Shabby Apple has captured my heart with their vintage and retro inspired styles which are a throwback to the golden age of fashion.  If you are not familiar with Shabby Apple you need to be!  I knew from the moment I laid my eyes on their website that they were a perfect match for my personal style!  They offer a diverse selection of feminine and fun clothing and accessories including specialty shops for swimwear and brides to be!  The prints are vibrant and beautiful, the styles are classic and elegant, and you are sure to find the perfect outfit for any occasion that will suit your personality and taste!

This is one of my favorite dresses from Shabby Apple’s "Gardenias & Gingham” collection.  This gorgeous sunny yellow fit and flare dress is called the “In a Cinch Dress” and can be found on their website here!   I love the vibrant sunflower yellow color which is perfect for spring and summer!  It’s made of stretch poplin, 97% cotton and 3% spandex, which makes it super cool and comfortable to wear in the hotter months of summer!  My favorite details about this dress are the ruffled tulip short sleeves and big cinched bow in the back!  These darling details give the dress a feminine and retro style that I adore!  I decided to pair it up with matching yellow flats for a monochromatic look and accessorize with pearls to keep to the retro themed style.  Here are a few of my other favorite shoe styles here, here, and here.  You can shop my pearl accessories and similar styles below!

My husband and I took the kids out for a Sunday drive this past weekend and we decided to stop in for a scoop at Sweets and Eats, an old fashioned ice cream parlor located in the historic town of Niles, CA, about 35 miles south of San Francisco.  Niles retains a small town feel anchored by a tight-knit community. If you enjoy a bit of history in the form of Charlie Chaplin, antique shops, vintage cars, historic trains/railroads, or just good old fashioned ice cream, you definitely want to visit here.  Make sure you stop by and get a scoop of ice cream or a sundae at Sweets and Eats!  The ice cream is fabulous and you will thoroughly enjoy the friendly service and atmosphere!  I recently visited Niles Canyon Railway in this post here if you would like to see more of what this historic small town charm is all about!!

If you love this dress, you will be overwhelmed by so many other cute clothing and accessories from Shabby Apple.  I always have such a hard time narrowing down which dress and/or color to buy!  They are all so stunning and beautiful!  I would like to thank Shabby Apple for sponsoring this post!   You can visit their website here and follow them on Instagram here!

I hope you all had a fantastic and sunny weekend!  Enjoy shopping!

Xoxoxo,

Hayley
