Vineyard Vines for Target - You Haven't Missed Out Yet!

Were you lucky enough to pick up some great products from the vineyard vines for Target launch?  If not, don't worry...there is still a limited amount of products online and some in store available for purchase.  I did some shopping at my local store this past Memorial Day weekend and was able to find some towels and swim shorts for my boys and a few things for me linked below.    If you don't find the size you need in your local store, you can check the Target app to see if other locations near by have it.  I was able to find a few products that way, but you have to be diligent in doing some research yourself!

I'm wearing:
Vineyard Vines for Target: red, white, and blue baseball hat & logo tank top (sold out online - check in stores)
Denim High-Rise Destructed Relaxed Longer Length Shorts found at Target here
Navy blue cardigan (old) - similar found here
Navy blue sneakers (old) - similar found here

The creation of the Vineyard Vines collection for Target is meant to bring people together to celebrate moments that make summer so memorable. The limited-edition collection features the classic style that vineyard vines is known for, along with Target’s continued focus on value, design and innovation.   With most of the 300+ items for under $35, guests can experience the joy of summer with the collection which launched on May 18th!

My boys: Jack (left) and Collin (right) at a Memorial Day Pool Party wearing:

Full of bold colors and prints, the new collection stays true to the brand’s classic style that’s perfect for summer. And with most items under $35, the line was designed for everyone to enjoy. Whether you’re in the market for poolside tableware, family-coordinating swimwear, beach must-haves or other warm-weather gear, the collection offers something for any summer adventure. Check out a few of my favorite pieces, below, then click on over to Target.com to view more that is left in stock.

Vineyard Vines for Target will be available through July 13, or while supplies last. As in true Target collaboration form, popular products sold out quickly.  However, returns do get processed so check online and in your local store and you may be surprised by what you find!  Prices range from $2 to $120, with most items under $35, and will be offered in sizes XS-3X for women, S-XXL for men, XS-XL for kids and 0-3M-5T for toddlers and babies.

Let me know what you love about the Vineyard Vines Collection for Target and if you were able to pick up any products to enjoy for summer.  I linked several more of my favorites below but hurry and shop before the collection is all gone!

I hope you all had a great Memorial Day weekend!

Happy Shopping!

May The Fourth Be With You - A Star Wars Celebration

Did you know that this Saturday May 4th is "Star Wars Day"?  "May the 4th Be With You"!  This date was chosen based on the popular Obi-Wan Kenobli Star Wars phrase..."May the Force be with you".  It's meaning is a wish of good luck or good will and an expression that the Force work in their favor.

How are you planning to celebrate Star Wars Day?  There's no shortage of "May the 4th Be With You" activities and events planned across the world including Star Wars themed pub crawls, burlesque shows, and 4 mile challenge virtual races, to name a few!  If you are interested in finding a "May the 4th Be With You" Star Wars event near you, here is a great resource to check out!

In honor of this special occasion, I thought it would be fun to share some of my favorite current and trending Star Wars merchandise for the Jedis, Padawans, and Wookiees out there!  In addition, on May the 4th only, the first 50 guests to make a purchase "in store", at participating Disney stores across the country, will receive a free Star Wars: The Phantom Menace 20th Anniversary lithograph!

Please check here for the store nearest you!
Will you be visiting Star Wars Galaxy's Edge when it opens at Disneyland Park on May 31st?  If so, check out my "7 tips to know before you go" in my recent blog post here!

Star Wars Galaxy's Edge - 7 Tips to Know Before You Go!

Location: Disneyland
The opening date is getting closer and my family is overwhelmed with excitement! Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge, the highly-anticipated new lands coming to Disneyland Resort in California and Walt Disney World Resort in Florida, will invite guests to step into the Star Wars universe for the very first time and live their own Star Wars adventures.

To help all of you plan ahead and prepare for your visit to Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge at Disneyland Park in Anaheim, Calif., I'm sharing seven tips to “know before you go” to this epic, new land, opening May 31st.
  • Reservations are required to enter Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge between May 31 and June 23. Guests visiting during this time will need valid theme park admission and a reservation to enter the new land at Disneyland. There is no cost for a reservation, but the number of reservations is limited. Details on how to make reservations are available on the Disney Parks Blog and  Disneyland.com.  Please note: online reservations are no longer available.

  • Guests looking to guarantee a reservation to Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge can get one by staying at a Disneyland Resort hotel between May 31 and June 23.* Guests staying at one of the three Disneyland Resort hotels between May 31 and June 23 will receive a designated reservation to visit Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge during their stay (one reservation per registered guest; valid theme park admission required). Hotel guests will be notified of their reservation date and time. Guests may book a stay at  Disneyland.com/Hotels or call (714) 520-5060. If the hotel reservation is cancelled, the Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge reservation will be cancelled.

  • No standby line will be available to enter Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge between May 31 and June 23. Only guests with reservations will be able to access the land during this time.*
  • The current Disneyland Resort costume policy will be in effect in Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge. Costumes may not be worn by guests 14 years of age or older. Appropriate Disney bounding – dressing in outfits inspired by favorite characters – is permitted.

  • Download the official Disneyland mobile app to plan ahead and make the most of your visit to Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge. The Disneyland app allows guests to check the attraction wait time, locate character encounters and even utilize the mobile ordering feature at select dining locations when you are in the new land.
  • Prepare for your visit to Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge by downloading the Play Disney Parks mobile app in advance of your arrival. The Play Disney Parks app** allows guests to deepen their engagement with the land and interact with the world around them on the planet Batuu. Guests who choose to engage through the app will be able to interact with droids, translate Aurebesh, scan cargo crates and other containers to collect virtual items, and more.
  • Inside Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge, Disney’s goal is to provide a great guest experience. For example, guests who are in the queue at Millennium Falcon: Smugglers Run will have the ability to purchase snacks, utilize a continued process to visit the restroom, enjoy cast interactions, and also engage with an in-queue game while using the Play Disney Parks mobile app to make wait times fun, interactive and enjoyable.
* Access to Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge experiences is subject to capacity. After June 23, 2019, when reservations will no longer be required, access to Disneyland Park, Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge and experiences is subject to capacity.

* Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance will not be available at the opening of Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge and will open later this year.

I hope you find these tips helpful as you prepare for your upcoming visit!  If you have any additional tips to share, please include in the comments below.  The information included in my blog post is as of the date published and is subject to change!

May the force be with you!

xoxoxo,

Hayley
